I know this is a relatively minor concern, but at the John Harris workshop this week, he pointed at that you should take practice exams in the same way you will execute the real exam, and this included marking up the questions and putting your notes right there in the white space around the question (which is certainly NOT how I've been doing things).

Anyway, this got me thinking. I think I heard that you have scratch sheets at the back of your exam booklet. But do have loose sheets too? Can you tear the back sheets out and just have them right next to your exam booklet? I'd love to hear from anyone who has sat for the exam already.

BUT I WRITE REALLY BIG!?

So I guess we're stuck with sheets in the back and not loose paper, huh?

Yep. I write really big too. Big clumsy fingers but I never had a problem.

Joey, don't scare me, you seem quite knowledgeable ... how mant times did you fail for crying out loud?

I never failed but I took all three (level II was all essay then). Despite having very slow handwriting, I didn't have a problem except that I had to take Advil because my hand cramps after writing for awhile..

lol. plyon, dont worry. theres not that much to write down anyway. you'll see what i mean if/when you take a CFAI practice exam. schweser is a lot more computational... with theory, theres just not as much to write down.
what other hints did they give at the harris seminar?

I'll try to post them as they come to me, but he does post a number of quick hints on his website.
