If you were to work as a consultant (self employed), what job title should you give yourself, and which ones should you avoid (incase you dont want to look like a d-bag)
i.e. Director, Consultant, Principal, etc ?

Fired?
I have seen any of the following
Financial Advisor
Financial Management Advisor
Financial Planner
Canadian Investment Manager
Investment Advisor
Wealth Manager
Portfolio Manager
Investment Counsel
But I don’t use any of them.
Just put your name and qualifications and leave it at that
I’m self employed. Before I had employees working for me I didn’t put any job title on my card. Later on, when I hired the first sales person I added founder.
What is the point of adding a job title for a 1 man enterprise?
