Stalla 2007/2008

I am in the process of purchasing the Stalla system for Level I, however due to family committments, I will be unable to take the test until June 2008. Does it pay to just wait for the 2008 materials to come out or simply go with the 2007 materials?

Wait for the 2008 materials, you'll still have plenty of time to prepare and will be assured your materials address CFAI's most current Learning Outcome Statements. The CFAI curriculum tends to vary year-to-year, sometimes significantly. Seems like you'd be tempting fate to rely on old materials. BTW, I've used Schweser and CFAI books only for LI and LII, so I can't speak directly to the Stalla products. Just my $0.02.
