Whether Wang’s actions are ethical or not does not depend on the actions of the other analysts. As long as they’re all offered the trip, Wang may accept without violating Stantard I(B), irrespective of the decisions made by the other analysts.
The situation would be much different if only Wang were offered the trip, as that could appear to be an attempt to influence his objectivity.
