Standards of Professional Conduct

I’ve finished all the prescribed work slightly early and decided to get a head start on the ethics. I noticed most questions relate to application and not actual stating of codes or standards.
Would there be any challenges implementing the standards of professional conduct in practice?

I should probably elaborate. My question involves an essay question I was given at my university. The question is “Standard III of the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct concerns the relationship of Members and Candidates to Clients. Explain what these duties entail, and discuss the challenges of applying and enforcing this Standard in practice. “
I understand the actual standard. But I’m unsure of what challenges there would be applying it in practice?
