Starting salary for IB Analysts

How much do IB Analysts make in their first year at the BB? How about at Canadian banks?

in the US first year packages are 10K sign on/relocation, 60K salary with a year end bonus that varies.

Correct, and analysts are generally getting their numbers during the month of June.

Rumors have the top end of the ranges at most BBs varying from 70-90k for first years.

Thats $140-160k all-in for the very top analysts.

Probably closer to $120-140k all-in for middle of the range first years.


Again, just rumors.
 
ive heard the same. It'll be interesting to see what the numbers in fixed income are for 1st years. guess I have to wait a few more weeks.

Same here.

I'd love to see the top end over 60k, but don't know how likely that is.
 
dont really feel comfortable announcing it on a message board but im at a top 10 bank and im sure FIAnalyst is as well
