Aside from the obvious (bullet points, don’t write essays, etc.,) are there any particular strategies that you have found useful or are debating to get through tough spots?
One issue I’ve found is that sometimes I’ll go over the alloted minutes on a question (e.g., I’ll be 9 minutes into a 6 minute question), and then I’ll sail through a different 6 minute question in 3-4 minutes.
Is it best to just push through and keep working on the question you’re tackling, knowing (or hoping) that you’ll make up the time on another question, or do you leave a partial answer and hope you have time to come back to it?

I find that I go over on time on topics that ask question where i would (a) be able to fumble thur and get right on multi choice question but (b) dont have 100% understanding of the key topic. In the end, I get low marks in the morning practice exams on these questions.
The answer I know well I can answer quickly, to the point and correctly.
They say, to come back to these questions, once you answer all the questions you really know well.
