I think gross vs net IRR in private equity is one of them.
Kindly share with us which are the other topics not covered by schweser.

There were a handful of small topics I stumbled across in prior CFAI mocks that I did not see in Schweser… I’ll dig into my notes and see if I can find them

Gross and net IRR are both covered starting on page 88 of Kaplan’s book 4

CFAI books have calculated Gross vs Net Irr whereas schweser has just written few lines on it.

Here we go.
Some of these I could have easily missed in the schweser book but i’ll provide them anyways. Found this by taking prior mocks
“Blume Method” = Adjusted Beta for public companies
Testing for positive Serial Correlation
Equity Risk Premium = Ibbotson-chew
PV of growth opps = PV growth - PF no growth = Do(1+g)(r-g) - EPS / r
Expanded CAPM = CAPM + company specific risk + small size risk premium
Idiosyncratic Risk = Unsystematic Risk
Substantive Law: Focuses on the rights and responsibilities on entities and relationships amount them
Procedural law: Focuses on the protection and enforcement of the substantive laws
