Doubling in 10 years indicates a 7% annual return. That’s not exactly “superior.”
 
Key words – “Double for sure.” 10 yr 7% CAGR is by no means assured. This guy is a fool.

I completely agree. There is no recovery in sight. Not with increasing unemployment, foreclosures, interest rates, etc. Also, love the user name. Wyld Stallyns rock.
