Survey:for those who are reimbursed for CFA exams

at my company, i sent a very brief email saying i was going to enroll (pretty much everyone in department has it), i paid for cfa/schweser myself, got reimbursed, then passed level 2 (did level 1 awhile ago)………… not much more color to give. i think they’d be fine reimbursement-wise for 2nd or 3rd attempt at a level.
 
I am paying for it out-of-pocket. I will pay myself back after I start my own company. :)
 
my employer reimburses if I pass. i dont think they reimburse for excess study materials though.
 
when i was on the sell-side, i only got reimbursed for fees and study guides when i passed the exam. no raise.
