Suspect cheating

I just get a letter saying there is unusual similarity in my answer and two proctor report I am glancing my neighbor. One saying I looked three times and one second each time. The other saying I looked one time for a second.
i did look around a few times but that is not for copying answers and I am quite confidence with myself. I do not know how to defend myself in this case. Most importantly, I am a college graduate student, will CFA inform my school about this case? Will I be dismissed because of this ? Do I need to talk with my mentor about this? Any one know what will be the worst outcome ? Thank you in advance for advice. I am really frustrated at this point.

1. Your parents
2. Your grandparents
3. Your college
4. Your last girlfriend
5. Three random CFA Candidates on AF
6. Santa Claus

You’re “fine” in the sense that exam violation is deemed a “private matter” and will not be disclosed to any outside parties (e.g., your employer). But your chances of “proving that you’re not guilty” are 0.0001%. Even if you’re telling the God honest truth, and weren’t cheating but simply glancing around for whatever reason, the Institute is going to take the proctor’s word over yours. And in this case, two.
Your best bet is a 1-3 year suspension from the Program. (<– completely serious)

i already do the search couple times but none of the results concerning about discolsural the penalty
Will I have a record of suspension ? When I applying for jobs will my employer figure this out through background check

Yes, cheating by looking isn’t a public offense that’s goign to blackball you from jobs. Since you were caught by multiple proctors, then I’d say you are probably done with the CFA program or at least a 4-5 year ban i would say.
Names are listed publicly for Industry related sanctions though

No one will find out…but if you do ever get the charter, your local society will probably know when you join. Anyway, you admit to looking around which proves you are dumb. NEVER LOOK AROUND, they do not care if you have “neck problems” or are twitchy…CONTROL YOURSELF…if you dont have self-control, you can’t succeed in this career. You will probably be banned for a while.
 
Although testing violations are not made public, if you are suspended or banned, won’t your employer wonder why you aren’t taking the tests?
 
What other charter can replace cfa how about frm?
 
I see one of the rules mentioned the name of violators may be in the website publish materials and may provide to a third party or regulator.
What does that mean ?

You should go for any one of the following: (1) CTFA, (2) Series 7 license, (3) Claritas.
 
There is a charter called the Chipmunks Fancier Association (C.F.A.), it is not exactly finance based though.
 
why cheat man? yo studied all this time and now decided to cheat?

you can be proven not guilty because similarity analysis is not alone a evidence.But proctor reports that you are glacing/looking at others answer sheet!! this is serious shit!!
