Test Centers-# of people taking the test

How can we find out how many people are taking the test with us? I'm asking because I've gone by the test center twice and there doesn't appear to be much parking around the building. There's plenty across the street but I'm not walking from across the street.

Also, there are a lot of reserved parking spaces at this test center. I called the testing site and CFAI but no one could tell me if we can or can't park in those spaces on Saturday. (Of course the reserved parking spaces are close to the front door)

I remember the candidates who post on this site that took the test in December posting the number of people taking the test at their testing centers. Any advice????
 
If you are at a 'massive' center, there would be a special note with your ticket. For instance, there are 3000 at the javit center in nyc, so they gave people a heads up. There is a link for all site on the cfa site.
 
Which is ur test center?

I am going to meadowlands expo in North Jersey. They are expecting 1500 people there. Paring is definitely going to be something of an issue.
 
we will be 7500 in london

and (as usual) the underrground will face delays (cf CFA info letter + tfl website)

the ExCel convention center is massive
 
Ditto, Excel for me too. I just gave up and booked a hotel right next to the centre, I can't be dealing with the tube before this monster!
 
Excel for me. I'll be leaving home at about 7:15 ish. Should get there just before 8am.

London here as well...and the same plan
 
Chicago here, 3000 people. Will get there early, but not too early. It's at the convention center, I am guessing there is plenty of parking.

Is Dec or Jun a bigger time to take the exam?
 
im driving to excel...which should hopefully be fine?? im assuming there is loads of parking!
 
I'm in Tampa, FL, and the most I can tell is that we're taking our exam at a Catholic Church. I think we're one of the smaller sites as the December exam is not available in Tampa.
 
I am writing in Toronto, not sure how many people are writing as i haven't checked (probably 5,000 at least).

I am probably going to be the only guy showing up on a motorcycle. Reason being is i heard it takes over an hour to get out of the parking lot after the exam. At least with the bike i will be able to sneak out.
 
I'm in Memphism TN and our test is at a Catholic School Auditorium/Hall. It doesn't seem like there will be many L1's. I work with some people who will be taking L2. There are more taking L2 than L1 from what I can see.

Chicago here as well. June is the biggest one (Dec had about 1800), because you have LI, LII and LII.
 
I'm going to Expo too. Don't worry about parking. There will be 6000 parking lot behind the center.
 
Don't forget to set multiple alarms (cell phone, alarm clock in bedroom etc) for the day of the exam.
