feel the exact same way…felt so good going to lunch, but knew from previous discussions that i should be very concerned about what i was going to see when i came back…and it proved to be true.
i do have to say this, though…
the exam was very fair. there was not one moment where i felt like i was being blindsided or it was just too difficult or that i was being asked something ridiculous or extraordinary. i felt that i had a responsibility to know some areas better than i did, and it was a failing on my part, and had i have known them i would have been able to answer the questions in a matter of seconds. if i did indeed fail it i will be back at it in june because this was very much within reach.
Me too.David2121 wrote:
Am I the only one who thought the afternoon was much easier than the morning? I think I scored about 15% higher in the afternoon.
I totally agree with this … even i thought there were too many theoritical questions in certain sections which had scope for numericals …. worse still these were hidden in some corner of the material/notesgoingsomethingsomething wrote:
If I fail I’ll know it’s because I didn’t give myself enough time to review big-picture things and key sentences throughout the text (I focused on equations)
Ah! Light bulb moment when I read your post:David2121 wrote:
I was more concerned with the math too- maybe that’s why we felt that way. I didn’t read the cfai textbooks and frankly hadn’t ever seen a bunch of terms that came up in the morning.
