Hi everyone.
I’m on the verge of signing up for the CFA Level 1 exam in December.
But I’m worried that I have left it too late…
My background: I would say I am more of a sprinter than a marathon runner when it comes to studying/revising so am not sure how I’ll get on with the CFA – I know I’ll have to adapt. I got a 1:1 in Accounting & Finance from a mid tier UK uni and I currently work full time for a small boutique IB and am hoping for a quiet summer so that I can catch up on some studying.
Can anyone share their experience/offer advice if they have been in a similar situation? My job can be very up and down in terms of hours worked. On deal days I wouldn’t be able to fit in any studying however there are often long spells of doing nothing (which I am hoping to fill with doing the CFA)
Thanks in advance

L1 is pretty easy. I’ve had friends who I believe that said they passed with under 1 month cramming (recent finance undergrad)
Use Scheweser or another 3rd party notes, faster read

I recently posted a thread regarding a Schweser Mock Exam I took over the weekend. To give you some motivation… I’m two years out of undergrad and graduated as a non-finance major from the University of Pittsburgh. I’ve been studying for two months, not that intensely, and scored a 77% on my first Schweser Mock. You have more than enough time my brother.
