timeline for getting official approval, so that you can put CFA on your business card/web site/resume

I have a question for those of you who got your L3 pass results over the last few years.
How long did it take for you to get an official approval (I know they have to check ethics record, criminal past, work history relevance etc) so that you can start calling yourself a real CFA charterholder?
 
If you get ahead of the post-result rush, it should take a few weeks at most from application to approval. I think mine was two weeks.
 
My application took 2 days to be processed by both CFAI and local society
 
Once my references submitted the relevant material, it only took a few days…mind you I submitted my work experience between L2 and L3 to avoid the post L3 rush.
Once I passed L3 and paid my dues, I appeared on the site with “CFA” after my name within an hour or so.
