Token gifts: disclosed? not disclosed?

Hi,

I saw some people mention this subject this morning, but I can't find it in the CFAI text. I was under the impression that ALL gifts need to be disclosed. Right or wrong? And, can someone find a question example, or a page in CFAI text. I'm looking now, too.

broker receives gift (tickets to world cup, resort, etc) and doesn't disclose to his company. This is a violation of Independence and objectivity.

**MUST DISCLOSE ANY GIFTS WHICH MAY IMPEDE INDEPENDENCE AND OBJECTIVITY**

You are permitted to receive these gifts, as long as you disclose them first, example of this p.28.
