Topic tests - anyone else having this problem?

My answer is being marked wrong even though its the correct answer based on the explanation given below. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I think you’re having an issue interpreting the solution given. This is especially true with ethics. I would re-read the given solution a few times and make sure you’re reading it right.
Not being an ass, I thought the same thing a few times. I think it was LeCompte too; one of the first three questions.
 
Happened with me in the AM session of the Cfa mock.I marked the correct answer the explanation was correct but no marks were given for the answer.

Thanks! Yes, thats what it is. The explanation is pretty poorly worded and it took me a few reads to figure out why my answer was incorrect.
 
Does anyone else think that the topic tests are way more confusing than the EOCs? I averaged 2-3 out of 6 in my first 4 or 5 topic tests and its only now that I am averaging around 5/6. On the EOCs I was doing 80-85%.

I find the same with the topic tests.
They are extremely difficult.
It takes a lot more than the stipulated time to solve them as well
