J JeffJ21 New member Joined Jun 18, 2026 Messages 0 Reaction score 0 Apr 8, 2006 #2 dr treasury stock @ cost cr cash if you issue it back above cost, dr cash cr treasury stock cr paid in capital from treasury stock if issue back below cost same entry just dr the PIC from T stock there is no gain or loss, since how could u theorietcially win or lose when a firm deals with shareholders??? ahh haaaa
