Triangular Arbitrage

I still have to get a TA question wrong. Somehow going round the triangle is too mechanical for me. But then again I can never wrap my head around synthesis adjustments.
 
remember last year what kind of stupid questions they asked on BOP etc….
Econ was my only less than 50% section in level I and also in l2 last year….
 
I still haven’t finished FI. I really lost a ton of motivation,
I’m already thinking about taking this again next year.
OMG my 10 year HS reunion is coming up after next year and all these people from HS are already Doctors/Lawyers/IBankers

Welcome to the club. I lost motivation too. These 30 days are going to be a real drag.

there, i had to get forceful. i’ll do it again if i must. no child left behind. f
i just got a green tea on the way home and i think tonight i’m going to try to learn what this mysterious balance of payments is that i’ve been avoiding for so long. if i can’t bang this out in a few hours, then i’ll be a micro-economist forever. eat it macro stuff. i think i can get to a comfy zone if i put in a few hours tonight on it though. ‘tis time.
 
Thanks banni - I need this motivational dose every now and then. It’s very easy to loose focus for the hardwork this thing demands, but keeping the chin up for the trophy at the end of the journey. (Thought the trophy is filled with peanuts (salted or roasted - they will ask before registering for L3))

Multiply by Lower, Divide by Higher is a good trick to solve these Triangular Arb problems faster..
Do you have any such trick for Covered Interest Arbitrage ?
I can solve these problems with fundamentals of IRP, it takes time though..
