Hey!

This is my first time posting, here are some things about myself

- completing undergrad in Business Admin. Major : Finance
- writing L1 in June 07
- My courses cover most of the CFA cirriculum, the Finance degree is CFA oriented. But the thing is it does not cover certain areas of THE L1 like : QM and economics sections.
-I have taken basic level economics and QM courses in university

I heard that this forum is very good and that everyone is very helpful, so I wanted to ask a question :

Given the basic courses I've taken in QM and ecnomics how should I prepare for the L1?

1)Buy the whole cirriculum - go over it the things i studied and study QM and Econ.
2)OR should I just buy schweser notes and rely on the study guide to learn the QM and economics??

I plan on studying starting january, the exact plan depends on the type of materials I go with.

thank you in advance

Viktor

I dont think you should worry about QM and econ. Those 2 topics are not that hard or intensive. You can go with Schweser or CFAI. There are many topics on the forum which discuss the difference between the two.
