Guys,
Apologies if this is too stupid but for the morning exam, are we expected answer using a Pen or only 2B pencils ?
Thanks
S

Go With a normal pen. Don’t be wasting your precious time in the AM exam, erasing stuff that you’ve written. They give you a whole sheet for most of the parts, so use it!

Normal pen is good to me - because you tend to write large font in pen and smaller in pencil and more tired..
All well, it all depends. :P

I’m going with pencil. I hate writing in pen. But either works

Seriously though, pencil. Understanding is that this year there are not tons of blank pages, rather there are boxes that you have to fit your answer into. If you have written in non-erasable pen and don’t have any room left WTF are you going to do?

+1 mechanical pencil for me. Saves time sharpening pencil..

I got a stack of old fashion pencils. I am using one pencil per question on AM so that I always have (and make) a good point….

I have only seen where there is a “strong recommendation” for pencils and erasable pens.
I know past exams permitted or required pens, but where is it sopecified that a regualr pen can be used this year?
I much prefer pen, much easier to write with and I think easier to read, but haven’t found an erasable pen that I am comfortable with.

I understand that fear, but it’s all about weighing the pros and cons for either. IMHO the chances of me filling entire page and running out of room, b/c I wasted entire time on a wrong answer I later realized, is much smaller than me having to scratch out a few words in my answers here and there - so for me pen seems more efficient rather than erasing. I don’t intend on writing long-winded anwers either - quality over quantity. But again, it’s a personal decision.
