Venture Capital Topics in CFA

Hi everyone,
It would be greatly appreciated, if anyone could remember the sections related to VC in the CFA (1,2, or 3) books to point them out as I would like to join a VC firm and wanted to refresh my knowledge.

Level II covers it a fair amount. They cover the VC method for determining share price and numbers of shares.
