has anyone heard back from the CFA Institute?
I send my letter in and got a response from them that they have received my letter and would continue the investigation shortly after I sent the letter. However, it is going on 40 days, and I have no heard anything further.
Every day that goes by, I get more and more anxious. I have no idea when I will hear or how long it will take. It is highly frustrating. Has anyone heard back from them?

Well nobody seems to have heard from them so far.. all are awaiting.. wonder how long they will take…
 
They are probably waiting to see who will crack under the pressure, east german style.
 
I asked for some feedback on monday and they told me this:
“In general, cases related to the CFA exam administration take approximately 4 to 8 months to complete. That timeline is not a guarantee, however. Your case may take a shorter or longer amount of time.”
 
So meanwhile you register for Level III, and then what happens if your passing score for Level II is thrown out?
 
You can’t register for any exam until the end of the investigaton. You don’t e ven get your results until then.

I have the same problem , and i haven’t got response so far , have any one of u got a response for this issue ….

I’m in the same boat, it’s almost November and I’m still getting the same lame response. 4 - 9 months etc… I did some more digging and the institute said we are responsible for all late fees (if we are found innocent) if we decide to sign up for the next exam, so bogus.
