Warning Pilot Frixion Warning

I wrote to the CFA Institute and they wrote back indicating that they prefer us using blue or black ink, but that we may use pencil if we wish.
Also, we are allowed to use both UK spelling and US spelling.

seriously, has there been any cases in the past of this happening to a test? i guess no one wants to be the first..

i just bought the frixion. never in my life have i taken so long to make a decision on a pen. still pending.
 
I have them, too. I like the way they write, but I won’t use it. Too paranoid, so I’m going to the store later to buy different ones. If the ink disappears in 100 degree temps, then what happens when they load a few hundred or thousand exams into boxes and ship them off to VA in the middle of June? Delivery trucks get hot as heck. Can’t risk it.
 
I may be too paranoid, but too much risk with the FriXions. If it gets too hot the ink disapears, it if gets too cold everything you erased comes back.
Bic Velocity Gels for me. Smoke practically comes off they write so fast.
