what are your weaknesess

My triceps are probably my biggest weakness. Sometimes if I am not careful my delts, chest, and traps can grow faster than my triceps. My biceps typically seem to tag along for the ride.

If I don't make sure to pay some extra attention to my triceps, it could result in stagnating growth in other areas (i.e. Can't get that extra set of 120lb Incline DB Presses).

I plan to make up for this weakness with 3-sets of skull-crushers while lying flat on the bench with an EZ-Curl bar. In addition, triceps pressdowns will be done 2x a week prior to doing any other arm exercise.

Do you think this would go over well in an interview?

Depends on what you were interviewing for. In general, it wouldn't go well at our firm.

The "perfectionist" line wouldn't work for me. That's not a weakness -- it's clearly a strength because everyone who wants to succeed in this business has to be marginally compulsive. Whether or not the person is obesssive and compulsive to the point where he or she self-destructs is something else. Thus, it means the person's weakness is time and stress management -- not perfectionism.

Every time someone has thrown me the "perfectionist" line, I ask them to pitch me a REAL weakness.

I have tendency to put too much on my plate and run myself into ground. I have to watch out for this for both my mental and physical wellbeing.

As I get older, I second the above comment.
