My question is, do we just pay the fees and shoot for the exam? Do we need to show CFAInstitute our transcripts? If so, do they ask for it right when you register for the exam? or do they ask for it when you finish your exam / finish level III exam?

If you have show them the transcripts at level I, would they ask to look at the transcripts again?

Also for the fees, in the events that I decided not to take exam, would they refund me?

and if I have a registered location and I move before the exam, can I still change the location for exam with no extra fees?

thanks

They require the transcripts at each and every test, but they're happy to give you your money back if you can't muster the effort to study.

Ask Chad. He will be answering all questions for greenhorns from now on.

Geez. Today is not the day to post stupid rot. The natives are restless and looking for someone to flambe.

They don't ask for a transcript or your degree. At least they never asked for mine and they haven't asked anybody I know.

They require enough initiative and brains to know to go to the source website instead of wasting time and BANDWIDTH here.

This is one where the source site won't help much. The site says you need enough experience, a degree, or be in your senior year. I never proved that I had a degree before or after L1, 2, or 3.

Make sure that the transcript is in a concealed envelope with an official wax seal from your school. Handle with care.

And if for some reason you can't procure a wax seal, use an elephant seal or a harbor seal instead. Just make sure you have a large enough envelope to fit the animal.

LOL all
but dont forget to keep this forum "clean" otherwise we will all be evicted

Ok, I will be nice

L1 has a withdrawal option, but NO refunds
No transcript needed initially, indicate in application that you completed degree. They may ask for proof
Ensure that the test center you chose is right one. You can move it before the exam, but check for specific timeline on that

Good luck, and kneepads and a whole lot of booze will help too...
