I am new in this forum and thinking about taking CFA in the future two years. It has been a long time for me not to involve accounting & financial area, even though I got bachelor degree with business. Since I graduated with the master degree of computer science 4 years ago, I have been working on software developing.
I have some questions for whoever is kind to answer me.
1. What kinds of books I should purchase to prepare Level 1 at the beginning? In e-bay, some sellers sell 6 Schester books. Does that means once I study hard on those books, I am ready to take level 1? (Schester is better, I search the forum already).
2. If passing the Level 1, am I qualifier enough to look for financial job?
I just have a hard time to decided whether to study CFA. I am too busy to study, but I have the insecure feeling about IT job becuase a lot of projects are outsourced in my company.
I really need to find another way around when thinking about my young kid.
