I called them up to follow up on my retabulation results, I was told that there is some issue with my retab and I need to wait a liitle longer….. They refused to give anymore details.

I mean you have paid the money and they gave you an answer to wait, i think for better or worse you are getting some service.
and it’s not like you are studying for L3 already if you know you’ve failed.
