Not looking for sympathy, but I recently had a slipped disc in my back and can only sit for 1 hour maximum before having to stand up and stretch.
What/how should I study that 1 hour?
Will be doing past papers over the next couple weeks, but given i can’t do them as a 3 hour mock in one sitting, was thinking to just do a 1 hour stint, stretch, mark what i’ve done and then repeat.
Any tips would be really appreciated.

i would just do the 1 hour bursts. i think that if you manage the time as per what the question indicates then you should be ok. truth be told, i dont have a slipped disc and i still can only go about an hour at a time before taking a small break. i think it helps refocus anyways!

I kid you not, i did the same thing when i was studying for L2 after squatting. I swear, being hunched over books for hours a day is probably the worst thing for our backs

Are you planning to take the exam standing up? I’m pretty sure that’s not allowed. As for the original question, in your ond-hour study stints, just study the same stuff you’d planned to study anyways. Why does it matter if it’s one hour stits or 4 hour stints. Just study.

I’d say…standing desk + ibuprofen + painkillers. I didn’t like it but you could also invest in audio recordings or the videos that you watch while moving around

Thanks for the advice everyone. Will give it my best go.
