When did you contact your local society re: pending membership?

Same boat man. I actually emailed the membership chair on Friday (9/2) and she told me I would be getting an email by Tuesday (9/6) and I still have not heard anything. Crazy how CFAI accepts application within 24 hours and local society drags their feet.
 
Do any of you happen to be applying to LA Society? I’m in the same boat and trying to see if they just take longer than everybody else or what.
