When do the Schweser notes come out?

Yes. I just got an email from a sales rep and she said they will be released in October. She didn’t give a specific day.
 
Late October - I’m not altogether sure why. On the grounds that not much of the curriculum changes, they could hand out the stuff that’s the same and send the new stuff out later. It may increase postage costs but I can;t imagine nayone woyld mind.
My advice is use the CFAI books - particularly the PM stuff and do as many of the examples as possible. Then compare it to the Schweser stuff later on.
