When does the charter get mailed?

They get mailed the 15th after you’re officially awarded the charter and it takes 6-8 weeks….I believe.

There are two common methods of delivery:
1) Models with bottles will arrive on your doorstep with the framed certificate, telling you that this is “your day, boss” and that anything goes.
2) Some postal worker drops the certificate off in a damaged cardboard tube.
