Which charter will you frame?

I’m still looking at buying a frame for the charter certificate.. i hear you get two: a 17x22 which is mailed to you in a tube, and a smaller 8.5x11 which is given to your society to give to you during the award ceremony.
Which one will you frame? Big or small?
 
I framed the big one. I don’t even know where the small one went. It was mailed to me too (if my local society held an awards ceremony, they kept me in the dark on it).
 
…. well, my frame just came, custom designed… hmm its massive…
Now, wouldnt it be silly if I cant use this frame till next year
 
I’m going to go with skulls/crossbones so the world knows I don’t screw around.

I was debating between that specific one, and the one from FramingSuccess.. My wife didn’t like the black mat and didnt like the size of the mat was too big to an already huge 17x22 cert, so I went with a custom one from AmericanFrame which doesnt have the logo embossed/etched. That gets the size of the overall frame down by making the mat smaller.
 
Yea that’s right it does get really bold but i’m really digging the medallion look. AmericanFrame looks very customized indeed for any size. How much did yours cost you?

You can get it all the way to $500.. depends on the wood you want to use!
