I think so?

It looks similar to a private placement? Can you post what the curriculum states?

I think I'm just going to review GIPS and some trickier concepts and that will be it for me until Saturday.

I think the rest will help.

I had not read hte SOPH until 4 days ago. I dont think i would have passed ethics without reeading it. Not that i have yet.

Mezzanine (bridge) financing is capital provided to prepare for the step of going public and represents the bridge between the expanding company and the initial public offering.

Sweet my brain isn't totally fried yet

haha my one buddy worshiped that movie in high school (and wall street, which they are making a wall street 2 by the way)

I'm still studying... accounting hell for the last 5 hours... I have considered ending it all.

I'm just generally reading through secret sauce, mainly cause I'm terrified of forgetting everything I've learnt in the next 24hours. But gonna try and have a chilled out night tonight and relax before the big day.

Still studying. Looking over the mocks/samples and making final notes (wtf got so confused by reliability factor just now). Gonna look over secret sauce one more time and maybe do some book 7 problems.

This is my biggest issue. At this point there's nothing conceptual that I don't at least partially understand. But man, GIPS, FSA, AI... there is so much random trivia to remember

Yes Isura, I agree. I've compiled a few pages of bullett points thats contain the little "facts" I just need to remember and I'm going to read it over and over in the 10 mins before the exam and hope I can just remember it.

Like you say, there's very little I have no understand whatsoever of, but if I just forget the formula for coefficient of variation for example (which I frequently do), I'll be kicking myself in the exam cause I know what to do, but just can't remember the thing!

Plus, doesn't help that my brain seems to have developed a one in, one out policy this week!!

I'm reviewing every section today, mostly by skimming thru the Stalla lecture notes and reviewing the Schweser and CFAI sample questions for each section. I'm actually taking the CFAI Mock 2 in stages as I do this. Will do this mostly for Econ, FSA, Derivatives and Fixed Income. Recently Ive been forgetting basic things like calculating a FRA, some basic FI stuff.

Reread GIPS and Ethics(real SPC) last night. Should have done that before taken the mocks but at least I'll know it for the real thing.

In the morning will just be reviewing my formula sheets one last time and then it's game time.

schweser is totally killing me on time
did my first one took prob 4.5 hours in total could prob bring it down for 4 less daydreaming
hmm

Still working.

Planning on reading through all my notes and summaries (SS1-SS18) - Kind of like my own secret sauce at this point.

And once I am done, hoping to just quickly look over some problems I've already done, as a review.

Can't wait to tmw 5pm...

I'm gonna be gong over Stalla vids and wrap up with ethics by dinner time. I'm also avoiding questions in order to ease the tension.
