Time is usually not an issue if you have no job. Most people who are organized and start early still consider time an issue. For you though, I suggest you go with the CFAI material, you sound like you can handle it. Don’t purchase any third party material…no q banks or extra practice exams. So are you guy suggesting that third party has a better time/pass-rate ratio? A candidate has more chance of pass using third party material than using CFAI’s material given the same limited short time?
If time is not an issue because the candidate is well organised and starts early, and which one should he choose?
