Wiley CFA Level 3 - Extremely Rude Staff Girl Aline

I called up Wiley to inquire about if i can make a purchase for CFA Gold Course. They stated that you cannot make a purchase since the course is not available yet.
But i told her that the website is allowing me to make a purchase since its asking my credit card details and asking me to confirm order.
She very rudely replies back “So what can i help you with you? and what can i do?”.
I told her at least you can be little polite and be open ended in your answers, she goes like “ya ok” ..
Just want to make a point that not only did Wiley CFA misled us into timelines for availability of course (they first said January, then early Feb and still the course is not out) but the staff on call is extremely rude. This girl called Aline has been the worst call center person i have ever spoken to in my life !!
SHAME ON YOU WILEY CFA!
 
I need to hear her side of the story.
I believe describing her as the “worst call center person you have ever spoken to in your life” is a stretch.
and what is to be ”open ended in someone’s answer”? Is this something related to offering a happy ending?
What was the purpose of mentioning her name in here? Is this a high school thing?

It seems like you have some vested interest? The girl said she doesnt care whats on the website and cant’e help me to figure it out..
You talk like some teen kid..grow up…or in fact you seem like someone from wiley itself to defend the poor service offered by them!
If your post was genuine…you would agree on how wiley cfa has been delaying on releasing its stuff!
Anyways..dont want to waste time replying to a kid ….i dont care what you are smelling teenage boy!
