After so many mocks my mark is still stuck in the 60s, sometimes even touching high 50s. I’m so fed up with this should I just give up.

Don’t give up. I have read stories about those who never did mocks or did not so well but still managed to pass. All that matters is the actual test, and there is still time so you can still improve your chance. Focus on your weak areas and spend enough time reviewing, don’t just do mocks after mocks without actually gaining any more knowledge. Confidence and calmness are the key.

Feel the same about right now tau281290, if that someone helps to motivate. Which mocks are you doing?

Same with me and getting those level scores. FRA and derivatives are the hardest for me.

Yeah, it’s hard. This is my second time through this (band 9 last year) and I still struggle with some things. My best advice is keep working the practice exams and don’t let your scores discourage you. In fact, I would try to ignore your scores and focus on working questions and thoroughly reviewing the answers. If you use the practice exams as a learning process and not a metric for how much you know or how well you’ll perform on the exam I think you may have a better time of it.

Heh, I found myself short on time toward the end, and only did two full mocks, Wiley and the CFA mock. If I recall I scored in the high 50s on both. Based on my exam topic score range results, I probably scored similarly on the actual exam.

How are the Wiley compares to schweser? I know the CFAI mock is harder than schweser

They’re reasonably difficult, but written differently than your typical CFA vignette. I believe Basit wrote the questions (when it was Elan), and he tests pretty closely to the curriculum. I don’t care for Wiley’s online mock exam software at all though.

Don’t settle man, there is plenty of time ahead before the exam date, rewrite the equations and dril more questions and test your weaknesses rigiriously until you feel confident.
also concentrate on the weights and the time allocated to each subject.
