Women taking the CFA

I couldn't help noticing that there were quite a few women taking L1 in june....wonder if the CFA institute breaks out the pass rate anywhere...

I passed L1 and was talking to others and it seemed that the girls who failed it were thinking of giving up a lot more easily than the guys which I thought was disappointing...

Interesting. If the hypothesis is true, this would probably show up as a higher proportion of women taking L1 than L2 or L3.

I suspect women may be more willing than men to say they are thinking of quitting. Whether that actually translates into higher quitting rates is less certain.
