Work experience approved, but status is still Work Experience Review

I have Approved Work Experience 72 Months vs Submitted Work Experience 72 Months in my Manage Your Member and Society Applications, but statuses for applications to local CFA society and CFA institute are Work Experience Review.
What are they reviewing if they already confirmed work experience ?
If anybody has or had similar situation ?
