The reality is that your die has already been cast and nothing you do or say will change your August 11 fate.
There is no upside to looking early. Some guys got lucky enough yesterday to see preliminary results, but most of us didn’t. Trying to read the tea leaves in random webpage error messages and registration links will not reliabilty tell you your result. If fact, you’ll end up more frustrated without any official confirmation until August 11th. There is joy in a big reveal so why not embrace it.
More importantly, by continuing to poke around the CFA site there is a non-zero change a candidate will accidently cross the line. I wouldn’t go near attempts to crack the code with a ten-foot pole (I don’t think there have been any violations, but why risk it and why risk the association with those kind of activities?). The last thing you need is the CFA nailing you with an ethics violation. Not only will you not be sure if you passed or not, but you’ll have a whole new worry. You guys did see the CFA posting in the tread yesterday about the reveal only a short time after the thread went live? They see everything posted here and they monitor everything on these boards.
Log off, chill out, and take some comfort in the fact you can’t change your result. And for the love of all the hard work you put in stop trying to find some work around to see your result early - nothing good will come of it.
