Most people in here already kind of know my background so to cut the story short:
I want to get a designation which will help me move into finance,I am thinking about an CFA +MBA(LSE or Warwick would be the best,I know I wont be accepted at LBS) OR an accounting desgnation +MBA.
The reason I am considering the accounting designation over the CFA is that ,I am not that sure if CFA would help me in areas such as banking/private equity or corporate finance. However maybe I can approach these firms/roles from an accounting side and slowly move up the ladder with a good MBA.Perhaps later work on my CFA.

- Is this a good idea ?
- Which designation would you think should be the best(my main concern is global recognition, finance oriented and not tax and audit)
