I have registered for next year’s level III. Can I delay it to 2010? Or ask for refundment?
Thanks a lot!

you can most likely get a refundment. It seems like everyone is asking for a refundment these days for something

I think refundment is a word. You have to go to Webster’s Unabridged to get to it, but it is still a word. I think it would usually be the money that was sent to you (e.g., “This check represents a refundment of your fees”)
Anyway, you can’t get a refund or delay the exam having signed up for it without darn near a court order.

The answer seems like this:(from CFA Institute)
I am not able to sit for the exam. Can I request a refund or transfer my registration to the next exam?
No. Once you submit your application for the CFA Program, your enrollment and registration fees are nonrefundable. Also, enrollment and registration fees may not be transferred from one applicant/candidate to another applicant/candidate, or from one exam offering to another.

That is it in a nutshell. Money is gone, so if you can work a way out to sit it might make sense.
Even if you can’t study you might want to show up to get a feel for how the essays are structured.
Sorry about your luck.

Like your username suggest, give all your got, the money is gone. Sit for the exam so you can get a feel for it.
