If I am a CFA grader can I tell you that I am a grader?

Cannot take this out of my mind....

pg 88, example 3 is similar.

My rationale is that you can state that you are a grader, but can not compromise the grading process.

Thanks.

I have gone through that example (p88 example 3).

But it is not explicit that the graders can reveal their identity voluntariliy.

Being a grader doesn't mean you have to swear to not divulging it's existance like the Illuminari or whatever, you just have an obligation not to divulge jack about anything exam related including relative performance on certain sections of candidates, specific questions, solutions, etc...

Vegas, in the sample question provided above, the CFAI did not state in the comment that the grader could not reveal their identity. They certainly would have commented on it if they considered that a violation as well. To me, the lack of commentary implies that it is allowed, plus... it is not the CIA.

can say you are, otherwise they would basically be asking you to lie.

cannot give info on the test.

Damn it! This is a commonsense question.

I answered no...One more to the list...

That question was maor BS...I said that he could tell the guy he was a grader...but can't remember what I put for the second part? I think I was having trouble debating whether that would be specific information on the exam...but I think it was a violation when he told the guy that most candidates "...did very well..." on that part, or whatever he said, because I rationalized it as the statement WAS NOT a statement of personal opinion, but rather, a fact that was specific to the exam and the scoring.

Any comments on this...I waffled on this biatch for a while. I rememberd an example where the one dude that had written the examtold the other that, in his opinion, the questions were hard, and it was ok, cuz it was merely a statement of opinion.
