That question was maor BS...I said that he could tell the guy he was a grader...but can't remember what I put for the second part? I think I was having trouble debating whether that would be specific information on the exam...but I think it was a violation when he told the guy that most candidates "...did very well..." on that part, or whatever he said, because I rationalized it as the statement WAS NOT a statement of personal opinion, but rather, a fact that was specific to the exam and the scoring.
Any comments on this...I waffled on this biatch for a while. I rememberd an example where the one dude that had written the examtold the other that, in his opinion, the questions were hard, and it was ok, cuz it was merely a statement of opinion.
