Does anyone know why CFA exam questions should not be discussed? What is the basis for such a regulation? Is it fair on the part of CFA Institute to load up exam takers with fear of ethics violation and legal recourse for discussing exam questions?
Can someone please give me perspective from the CFA Institute side? I am unable to understand this strange and seemingly unfair rule?
Lawyers in the forum please opine if the stand taken by CFA Institute is legally tenable? Does any other similar institute prevent exam takers from discussing exam Qs? (GMAT is one I can recall but not sure if they need exam takers to keep their mouth shut).
