Getting a routine is important. You need to reset your body’s natural clock… your body is not naturally exhausted at the end of the day, maybe work out for an hour to help compensate.
I also have got sleeping issues in the past 10 days though I am on my holiday, free from work and studying. Tomorrow I will be back to work and the first step to adjust my natural clock was to go for gym this afternoon
