going crazy waiting

well, USIF if what you are saying is true, then i definately failed. i left the exam feeling AWFUL. but afterwards ppl kept telling me that they were sure i passed coz i put so much effort, i studied SO HARD for 5 months. i was so depressed about the exam. and like many of you, on June 2nd i was sure i would never put myself thru that again.. now i am not so sure as the exam wounds are healing... lol
 
Why is it how you feel after the PM session? Why can it not be the aggregate of the mean feelings before, during and after the AM session, and the PM sessions, multiplied by their individual ratios of time it took you to leave the exam hall??? I propose the AF-pass Ratio:

Pass = [t1 * (ba + da + aa)/3] + [t2 * ((bp*x) + dp + ap)/3]

t1 = time to leave the hall after AM session
t2 = time to leave the hall after PM session
ba = AM session - before feeling converted to numerical form
bp = PM session - before feeling converted to numerical form
da = AM session - during feeling converted to numerical form
dp = PM session - during feeling converted to numerical form
aa = AM session - after feeling converted to numerical form
ap = PM session - after feeling converted to numerical form
x = correlation coefficient between aa and bp
unknown factor = CFA grading


I am still calculatin mine...
 
What can I say - academic inclination towards formula-creations...

That's what's tricky! You start to question that feeling and you lose confidence. Like CFA, I'm having bad daydreams where I'm excited to find out that....I failed--even if initially I felt pretty good, it is still this crap anxiety that's practically unrelievable.
 
before everyone jumps off the bridge remembering how they felt after the pm session.. i've known people that have passed after thinking they completely bombed it.
 
I WILL write it over and over and over until I get all 3 levels. I don't care if I have to rewrite this damn level 1 exam 100000 times, bottom line is I set out to get my CFA designation and I WILL get that designation.
