I am taking the CFA level 1 exam in June. I am using Kaplan to study. My plan was to read 25 pages a day and get done with all 5 books by the end of February maybe mid March the latest. For the last 3 months do practice questions, review my notes, and EOC questions.
I am currently about half way through the first book. Some chapters introduce 10 formulas so when I take the concept checker (Kaplan quiz in the book) I sometimes forget the formulas. However when I review the formula I get how it works. Should I keep on reading and make flash cards for the formulas and review a certain amount of formulas everyday on top of reading 25 pages everyday while taking notes? I also learn best by taking practice questions.
