But the books dont come out until September/October especially Schweser and the onDemand vidoes in late November, which leaves me only 5 months to study which isnt enough. I plan to study in late July once results are out - any advice how or where I can begin from. Thanks!Topperharley wrote:
Just read the curriculum. They send you 6 books and everything you need is in there. You’ve got almost an entire year to study.
There is no ethics violation with regards to viewing on-demand CFA vidoes from other candidates, with reference to Standard VII.S2000magician wrote:
I’m quite certain that all licensing agreements for the use of on-demand CFA Level III videos include a provision that the purchaser will not allow others to use the videos.
Surely you’re not asking any of the candidates to commit an Ethics violation, are you?

Make sure you spend a lot of time on Ethics.
Even that is not an ethics violiation, no where does it mention that is a violation in the standards.S2000magician wrote:

I’m suggesting that you’re asking other candidates to commit an Ethics violation.
In short: if you want access to videos, you need to pay for that access. You need to pay the owner of those videos.
