Level-II preparation

I am in Springfield, MO currently., though I will be moving in December. I ended up cancelling my hotel booking and stayed with a couple of friends in St. Charles. My friend stays just 5 mins from the test center and it worked very well.

What did you do to celebrate?? We went to that restaurant near the Zoo (near WashU) and had some nice dinner and later got drunk.

I had some two really stupid guys next to me who were taking the test because their employer was forcing them to.. They left in less than 2 hours for each session. Very discouraging.

That's nice being able to stay so close to the exam center. I had the worst time sleeping the night before so I'm sure I looked like some sort of zombie on Saturday. I drank more coffee on Saturday then I think I ever have in one day.

I actually live maybe a mile from Wash U. I'm to the north of Forest Park. I just moved here in January and have been studying ever since so I haven't had much time to get out.

I felt too cracked out after the exam to go out. I basically crashed afterwards so I didn't really do anything.

Yeah, I had some coffee too by mistake. Hardly slept the entire night. Had weird nightmares about arriving late at the test center too.

Forest Park is a really pretty area. I can totally understand how tired you must have been. I slept at 11 pm, which is very uncharacteristic of me. (I sleep at 3 am almost everyday). My friends couldn't understand why I was so tired though.

"People in Level-II are burnt because they didn't read the curriculum as much as they should have"

That is an incorrect assessment of whats going on.

No one ever understands what we put ourselves through for these exams. My roomate had been constantly bothering me to go out the last couple of months. Couldn't understand why I needed to study so much. Now that I can finally go out drinking, he's out of the country for the rest of the month. It's OK though because I'm flying down to San Juan in two weeks with some friends to let loose.

I'm done thinking about LI, I feel that I passed and if I don't then Dec will be very easy. Either way I will be sitting LII next year so I'm better off starting as soon as possible. CFAI + Schweser or Stalla.
